Stir Fried Macaroni with Beef and Broccoli

My mom is always stir-frying noodles. It’s like her quick, go-to meal and it changes every time she makes it. Now that I’m always busy, I understand her thought process.


  • 1 box of macaroni noodles
  • steak
  • broccoli
  • sesame seeds
  • sesame oil
  • thick, dark soy sauce
  • honey
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • minced garlic
  • salt/pepper
  • sriracha


Cut the steak into one inch cubes and make an easy marinade with vegetable oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, sriracha. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Cook the pasta according to the directions on the box. In a bowl, make the sauce. Mix sesame oil, honey, dark soy sauce, garlic powder, onion power, mince garlic, salt, pepper, and sriracha. Mix well and set aside. Steam the broccoli.

In a wok or large frying pan,  add the steak and cook until medium rare. Add the pasta and broccoli. Mix well then add the sauce. Saute until all ingredients are hot then add sesame seeds.
